Did you know that there is a National Mustard Museum? I didn't until a friend of mine came back from a recent trip to Wisconsin and told me that her and her husband had visited the museum while on vacation.
The museum is home to the world’s largest collection of mustards and mustard memorabilia and is located in Middleton, Wisconsin. It is open 7 days a week from 10 am to 5 pm local time. (closed during major holidays).
The museum houses a large collection of more than 5,300 mustards from all 50 states and from ore than 60 countries...so if you are a mustard lover...you need to pay them a visit! After your tour through the museum you can visit their store and pick up a few mustard varieties to take back home with you.
I hope to some day take a trip out there to visit the museum since I love various mustard dips, especially a good raspberry honey mustard pretzel dip and I am sure this museum/store has a few of those for me! So...the next time you are visiting the great state of Wisconsin, make sure you plan a trip to the National Mustard Museum.
