Fireworks During Cinco De Mayo Fiesta on May 5th in Macungie, PennsylvaniaMACUNGIE, PA. ‐ Bear Creek will be hosting an hour-long fireworks display in conjunction with a Cinco de Mayo Fiesta on Saturday May 5. The complimentary fireworks display will take place in the base area of the mountain beginning at 8:30pm.
The Cinco de Mayo Fiesta will take place in The Grille and outdoors in the Mountain Courtyard. The Grille will offer a traditional menu with Mexican specials from 4-10pm. A Signature Margarita Bar, featuring guava, pomegranate, blackberry, peach, raspberry, mango and black cherry flavored margaritas will be held at the bar along with free Sauza tequila samples.
An outdoor cantina and Mexican street fair will be serving additional Mexican themed food and drinks from 5-11pm. Guests can salsa, shimmy and merengue under the stars to the sounds of Cuerdas Carabenas, a local seven-piece Latin band performing from 7:30-10pm.
Guests of The Grille are encouraged to make their dinner reservations online at bcmountainresort.com. The resort is offering lodging discounts for the evening of the event starting at $115 per night.
