8 Great Places to Get Seafood in Wildwood and Cape May

Looking to enjoy some delicious seafood while visiting Wildwood and Cape May in New Jersey? If so, you're in luck! The south Jersey Shore has some great restaurants and eateries that offer seafood. You'll find oodles of them ranging from casual to fine dining.

Here are 8 Great Places to Get Seafood in Wildwood and Cape May in New Jersey.

1. Rick's Takeout Seafood - Rick's ONLY offers takeout. You'll find all of your classic seafood offerings along with fish and side dishes. They're affordable (for the most part) but a lot of that will depend on what you select from their menu. Rick's is located on 435 W. Spruce Avenue in North Wildwood.

2. Schellenger's Restaurant - If your family isn't strictly sold on having all seafood for dinner, Schellengers would make a great choice. They offer all kinds of different seafood, steaks, hamburgers, chicken, pasta entrees and more! They have some of the best crab legs on the entire island! You'll find Schellengers Restaurant located on 3516 Atlantic Avenue in Wildwood.

3. The Lobster House - If you're craving lobster, this is our favorite place to go! They have delicious seafood and the restaurant overlook's Cape May Harbor. It's a favorite among locals and tourists alike. You'll find The Lobster House located on 905 Schellengers Landing Road, Fisherman's Wharf  in Cape May.

4. The Crab House at Two Mile Landing - If you're craving perfectly-cooked crabs, you'll want to head on over to The Crab House located on the Two Mile Landing Marina in Wildwood Crest. You'll actually find 2 restaurants on-site, but we prefer The Crab House when we're in the mood for crab. In addition, we like their "casual" dining experience on the waterfront.

5. Hooked Up Seafood - They offer takeout seafood. You'll find shrimp, crabs, clams, various fish, sandwiches and soups. They are located on 1044 W. Rio Grande Avenue in Wildwood. When we just want a nice seafood dinner at the condo, we often order from them!

6. Joe's Fish Co. - You'll find that this place is a combination restaurant and bar that is located directly on the boardwalk in Wildwood. It's casual dining for sure! You'll find an extensive menu of crabs, clams, shrimp, crab cakes, fish & chips, french fries, etc. They also offer craft beer & cocktails for those who are looking for alcohol to enjoy with their meal.

7. Rio Station Restaurant & Bar in Rio Grande - We've added the Rio Station to our dining list because it's a great restaurant to visit if everyone in your dining party wants something different. They offer steaks, fish, seafood, soups, salads and everything in between.

8. The Black Duck on Sunset Restaurant - We've recently added The Black Duck to our dining list due to the great food and service that we received. It's located on Sunset Blvd. in West Cape May. They serve American food, roasted duck, steaks and Seafood. They don't serve alcoholic beverages but you're invited to BYOB with you. This is more of an upscale restaurant.
