Family Fun at StarLux Mini Golf in Wildwood

Looking for some family fun while down in Wildwood, Stone Harbor, Avalon or Cape May? If so, you'll want to head to the StarLux Mini Golf located on 4800 Ocean Ave. in Wildwood. In our honest opinion, it's the BEST miniature golf course on the island! They're open seasonally...typically from late May through the end of September.

StarLux Mini Golf has three different themed miniature golf courses: Beach Course, Ocean Course and Boardwalk Course. You can choose to play one, two or all three courses with 9 holes each. Each of the courses are done in a different theme related to Wildwood and the beach.  On the day that we visited, we had 3 in our party and it took us about 90 minutes to complete.

We started off by heading upstairs onto the deck to the Boardwalk Course which was really fun! This theme'd course will remind you of the things that you see while walking the Wildwoods Boardwalk. You'll see a miniature Sightseer Tram Car, The Big Wheel (ferris wheel), Skeeball, etc. This course has 9 holes and took us about 20 minutes to complete. While up on the deck you'll be treated to some beautiful views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. If trivia is your thing...you'll find Wildwood trivia questions posted at each hole.

Next up was the Ocean Course which was our favorite course to play. This one is done in an ocean theme so you'll see a lot of water features and attractions. It's partially shaded (underneath the Boardwalk Course) and partially in the sun...a nice course to play if the summer heat is in full force! Just like the first course, this one has 9 holes and took us about 35 minutes to complete.

The Beach Course is mostly in the sun and doesn't have any water features. With that said, it was a lot of fun to play and has 9 holes ranging from easy to medium in difficulty. This course has the largest artificial sand dune and sandcastle on the island!

Season 2018 Admission Prices:

Adults:
9-holes: $8.00
18- holes: $12.00
27-holes:  $16.00

Children (12 and under):
9-holes: $6.00
18-holes: $10.00
27-holes: $14.00

Senior Citizens are $10.00 and children 2 & under are FREE with a paying adult.

StarLux Mini Golf Course Rules:

* No more than 6 players on each hole.
* 5-Stroke limit on each hole. After 5 strokes, pick up your ball & record 6 for your score.
* Please allow faster players to pass you.
* No smoking or alcohol are permitted on the premises.
* Stay on designated walkways and fairways.
* Keep an eye on small children, uneven terrain and water features.
* Open for business, weather permitting.

We had a great time playing at StarLux Mini Golf and in our opinion, it's the BEST miniature golf course on the entire island! Each of the 9-hole courses offers players something different and we love that the entire course is Wildwood theme'd. After your done playing golf, you can head on over to Kohr's for some delicious soft-serve ice cream.
