Holiday Lights on the Lake at Lakemont Park has been entertaining visitors young and old for over 20 years. When visiting the seasonal attraction you'll find over 1 million twinkling lights on 50 acres of land. This is a drive-through holiday attraction that runs from early November through January 3rd every year.
Before or after your drive-through tour you can stop in to Santa's Gift Shop to shop for holiday gifts, pick up delicious baked goods, buy arts & crafts from local vendors and enjoy special treats for the kids. There's something for everyone to enjoy.
Right beside Santa's Gift Shop you'll find the Model Train Display that's open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Every year kids and adults enjoy the model train displays and seeing the trains race around the tracks. Complete with twinkling lights and sounds.
We enjoy visiting the Holiday Lights on the Lake at Lakemont Park with our grandchildren. It's a family tradition that they look forward to every year. We get them dressed in their holiday pajamas and take along throw blankets to help keep them warm when we have the windows rolled down. I also recommend packing a snack bag too!
You'll find Lakemont Park located on 700 Park Avenue in Altona, Pennsylvania. You can visit their website for additional information or call them toll free at 1-800-434-8006. You can connect with them on Facebook too.
